On the island of Fámara, amidst the wild landscapes of the Faroe Islands, my story began. Here, my grandfather built a farm from nothing after the war in 1946, where my father was born and raised. The remote settlement was home not only to our family but also to 24 dairy cows. It was here that I experienced the intensity of life between nature and the raw forces of the elements. This place and the experiences I had here shaped me deeply, grounding me as a son of this land, a child of this powerful nature.
